A Learning Management System (LMS) is an eLearning platform where courses are hosted and stored, and individual learners can be assigned training.

An LMS has the record-keeping functionality to provide management information on learners’ performance and documented evidence to satisfy regulatory compliance requirements. The LMS will track and report whether individuals have started or completed training and the score they achieved on any assessments within the training, providing you with a full management completion report of your learners’ training records.
